Eternity a été dessiné par Space Copenhagen pour la marque Mater. La chaise est fabriquée à partir de 70 % de déchets plastiques industriels et mélangés à 30 % de déchets de grains de café, grâce à une technologie développée par Mater. Eternity peut être entièrement démontée, ce qui permet à chaque composant d’être recyclé dans de nouveaux cercles de production. La chaise Eternity est disponible avec ou sans accoudoirs, et se décline dans différentes versions : sans rembourrage, avec assise rembourrée et avec face avant rembourrée. Confortable et fonctionnelle, la chaise empilable Eternity est durable, discrète et élégante, s'adaptant à un usage privé ou public. Des variations de finitions sont possibles, en raison de l’utilisation de matériaux recyclés.

SPACE COPENHAGEN

Space Copenhagen is a Danish multidisciplinary design studio founded in 2005 by Bindslev Henriksen and Peter Bundgaard Rützou. They work at the crossroads of disciplines, from furniture and lighting to art installations, interior design for private homes, hotels and restaurants around the world, and art direction. Their ambition is to blaze new trails by balancing opposites: classic and modern, industrial and organic, light and shade, duality and contrast. They call their approach Poetic Modernism. The principles of functionality, slow design and the study of human behaviour guide their work. The result is quality and longevity. Their various collaborations with Fredericia, AndTradition, Gubi and Mater demonstrate their ability to break with codes and constantly renew themselves. The Swoon armchair is one of their iconic creations. The use of soft colours and natural materials such as wood, stone, leather and brass develop a patina over time and lend a certain charm to objects.
