La collection Mom, dessinée par Florent Coirier pour la marque Emu, s’inspire des plateaux traditionnels japonais « Suiban ». La structure est entièrement réalisée en tubes d’acier Fe360, tandis que l’assise et le dossier, caractérisés par la ligne graphique particulière de ces plateaux, sont en tôle emboutie d’acier galvanisé. Légères et élégantes, les chaises d'extérieur Mom sont disponibles en version avec ou sans accoudoirs et sont empilables jusqu'à 8 pièces.

Founded in 1951, Emu is one of the first companies in the world to develop and patent a lamination technique for metal components to ensure high resistance to various atmospheric agents. Emu became the leading brand in garden furniture in the 80s. The brand has collaborated with the most talented international designers such as Jean-Marie Massaud, who designed the Heaven collection, where metal is worked like fabric. Designers such as Patricia Urquiola and Christophe Pillet couldn't resist the brand’s appeal either. The Arc en Ciel chairs and tables are one of the brand's must-have pieces.
