Inspirée par les chaises d'école primaire danoises traditionnelles, la chaise NY11 de Norr11 possède une structure fabriquée à la main en chêne massif et une assise en placage de chêne. La chaise NY11 nait lorsque les designers Rune Krøjgaard et Knut Bendik Humlevik se sont donné pour mission de créer une version moderne de la chaise de salle à manger scandinave classique. Tout comme une chaise d'école, elle devait être à la fois confortable et très résistante. Le résultat est une chaise simple et honnête avec une expression intemporelle. La chaise NY11 est disponible avec une assise bois ou tapissée.
