Description
Situé dans le parc du château de Kastellet à Copenhague, surplombant la promenade du front de mer qui abrite la Petite Sirène, le pavillon Langelinie se distingue par un esprit résilient. Le premier Pavillon a été construit en 1885. La chaise Pavilion d'Andersen & Voll fait écho à sa propre capacité à durer dans le temps. Ici, le défi consistait à concevoir une chaise empilable utilisée comme sièges dans ce lieu emblématique et polyvalent, le pavillon Langelinie. La chaise Pavilion a une sensation aérée, avec des bras et des jambes minces qui lui donnent un aspect léger. Désormais disponible dans un cadre chromé contemporain.

ANDERSSEN & VOLL
Founded in 2009 by Torbjørn Anderssen and Espen Voll, Anderssen & Voll is a Norwegian design studio based in Oslo. The duo, who were previously partners in the Norway Says group, work in a variety of design fields but concentrate on domestic objects. They have been named Norwegian and Scandinavian Designer of the Year and have received international awards for their work with furniture, lighting and home accessories. In their view, a good product builds on and extends tradition while simultaneously breaking with the rules of that tradition. Their iconic creations include the Outline seating series, the Oslo lounge chair, the Elephant table and the unique Ildhane candlestick. Their many collaborations with famous publishers such as Lapalma, Muuto, Hay and AndTraditon have contributed to their reputation.
