The Tape seating line, designed by Nendo for Minotti, extends naturally to the outside without renouncing the undeniable elegance of its forms and the essence of its design, duly revisited through variations for the outdoors. The seats become deeper, conducive to relaxation, while the metal structure, offered in an open-air finish, is covered with rattan-effect ropes. Tape's stitching detail — the ribbon that holds the foot in place — translates here into a light bronze metal plate. Released by Minotti, the Tape Cord Outdoor system includes many elements that are perfect for creating relaxing corners in gardens and terraces: from the armchair to the sofa, from the chaise longue to a particularly original sofa that is open at the back, not forgetting the chair and small tables.
Two minds, one aspiration, one desire. The desire to create, transform and interpret. A common passion: glass. The result: the creation of a laboratory of ideas. That was back in 1955. Pierangelo Gallotti and Luigi Radice founded an artistic space dedicated to glass decoration. Tradition and innovation blended together to create small-scale, precious production. Light fixtures, furniture, and mirrors were the first products to be made. All parts were unique and made exclusively by hand. Founders Luigi Radice and Piarangelo Gallotti shared the company's origins and artisanal philosophy: Growing, innovating, researching.
