Produced by Normann Copenhagen, One Step Up is a bookcase designed by Francis Cayouette, who was inspired by the shape of a ladder to create this visually appealing and very practical piece of storage furniture. The main idea behind One Step Up is flexibility, so it is very easy to move it from one place to another. Its simple and original design also allows it to blend into any interior. The bookcase's details, such as its metal hinges, are highlighted to give it a beautiful authenticity, while a dynamic is created between the natural ash wood and the industrial metal of the shelves. One Step Up, in its high or low version, creates space, and several can be placed next to each other, allowing you to create your own shelving or room divider. In addition, because the painted aluminium shelves fit on top of shelf supports and are removable, you can display objects regardless of their height.
