This pouffe, created by Piero Gatti, Cesare Paolini and Franco Teodoro, and produced by Zanotta, is today a cult design object and has lost none of its popularity since it was created in 1968. The three designers have revolutionised home comfort with this anatomical, non-conformist chair, which offers a new way to sit relaxed at ground level. The fabric cover contains small, high-strength polystyrene beads that are suitable for all users. Originally designed in leatherette, the Sacco pouffe was then covered with vinyl, leather or cotton in a wide range of colours. Often copied but never equalled, the Sacco pouffe is available in Vip fabric, designed to be used both indoors and outdoors.
