Sticks is a folding screen designed for indoor and outdoor use, adaptable to a wide range of setting: lounges, gardens, restaurants, offices, terraces, museums, and more. Sticks divides a room visually, without losing the feeling of space. Designers Hsu-Li Teo and Stefan Kaiser sought to create a divide while at the same time highlighting the space behind it. They designed this screen, produced by Extremis, as a module that enables you to let your imagination run wild and create intimacy where necessary, combining more or fewer elements to create a sense of privacy. The screen is easy to move and perfect for sectioning off space in your home, all while maintaining visual fluidity and enabling light to pass through.
In 1994, Dirk Wynants founded his own garden furniture brand, Extremis. The brand's style was immediately defined as convivial and functional with the launch of its first table, Gargantua. The brand's motto "Tools for togetherness" confirms this philosophy. Each project focuses on functionality, sustainability and environmental awareness. The brand produces pieces suitable for both exterior and interior spaces. Designed by duo Teo & Kaiser, the Sticks screen is one of the brand's bestsellers. It can be used in living rooms to define space while maintaining visual fluidity and letting light pass through.
