With Visioni, Patricia Urquiola revolutionises the classic carpet for the cc-tapis brand. The approach to shape and colour creates a collection of highly graphic contemporary carpets. Visioni is an unprecedented synthesis between a traditional technique and abstract compositions. The carpets in the collection are handmade with colours and materials that testify to the desire to give value to ancient production techniques while bringing a contemporary touch to them. Available in two designs, Visioni stands out in the space, bringing an architectural touch to its surroundings. The collection of carpets is curated by cc-tapis and entirely handmade in Nepal from high quality wool.

CC-TAPIS
CC-Tapis is an Italian company that manufactures hand-woven contemporary rugs created in Nepal by Tibetan master craftsmen. In 2011, CC-Tapis moved to Milan, where the company is now based. Its artistic director and partner, Daniele Lora, leads a team of designers there that innovate through a new approach to traditional methods. Weighty respect for the materials and culture of the ancestral profession is reflected in CC-Tapis’s environmentally-friendly approach at every stage of production, from spinning the softest Himalayan wool to using purified rainwater. Patricia Urquiola designed the "Visioni" collection for CC-Tapis: a 2-piece series featuring geometric shapes and soft colours.
