Description
Wishbone Armchair CH24 is a small, lightweight, sculptural armchair that can be used as a dining room chair as well as a lounge chair, perfect for relaxing. The backrest bar is steam bended for optimum freedom of movement and comfort. Designed in 1949 by Hans J. Wegner for Carl Hansen, this armchair is a masterpiece of craftsmanship. Requiring over 100 production processes, the seat is entirely handwoven using 120m of paper rope for strength assured for a duration of over 50 years. Wishbone Armchair CH24 has become a design classic inspired by the Ming chairs used by Scandinavian merchants for rest.
