Description

Designed by Massimo Castagna for Gallotti & Radice, Haumea is a collection of coffee tables and side tables that elegantly play on mixing materials. Each Haumea table consists of a 10 mm thick, extra-clear tempered glass top. With a base divided into three parts, mixing materials and finishes: bright brass, burnished brass and copper-plated brass or black chromed metal, black open-pore or rust lacquered wood. Each table is available in several combinations that skilfully combine glossy and matt, wood and metal. Original compositions can be created with different models from the Haumea collection, mixing sizes and finishes.

GALLOTTI & RADICE

Two minds, one aspiration, one desire. The desire to create, transform and interpret. A common passion: glass. The result: the creation of a laboratory of ideas. That was back in 1955. Pierangelo Gallotti and Luigi Radice founded an artistic space dedicated to glass decoration. Tradition and innovation blended together to create small-scale, precious production. Light fixtures, furniture, and mirrors were the first products to be made. All parts were unique and made exclusively by hand. Founders Luigi Radice and Piarangelo Gallotti shared the company's origins and artisanal philosophy: Growing, innovating, researching.
