Description

Produced by Secto Design, this lighting collection is designed by Finnish interior architect Seppo Koho. Founded in 1995, this design company specialises in the manufacture of wooden light fixtures. The diffusers are made from birch slats, connected by rings made of "aircraft plywood", a type of wood used in aeronautics. Each model in the collection is available in natural birch, white or black laminate. Secto Design's light fixtures are all hand-made by highly skilled Finnish craftsmen. Secto pendant and wall lights feature triangular shapes stretched over the frame, while the Octo pendant light features a rounder shape, in the form of a suspended sphere. Whatever model you choose, these sleek light features will bring a warm and natural touch to your interior thanks to the material used.

Founded in 1995 by architect Seppo Koho, Secto Design is a Finnish company specialising in lighting made from wood. "Lamps by Secto Design enhance spaces and environments - they create the atmosphere". All products are handmade by highly skilled craftsmen, using Finnish birch. The wood creates a warm and soft atmosphere, while the birch brings a natural touch that blends perfectly into all types of interiors. Lamps by Secto Design have received many awards and represent Scandinavian style; a mix of aesthetics and functionality.
