Sciangai is a clever coat rack and a cult design object. Created in 1973 by the trio of designers Jonathan de Pas, Donato d'Urbino and Paolo Lomazzi, it is produced by the famous Zanotta brand. Made of beech or oak, the coat hanger opens like a game of mikado to hold clothes and accessories. The tangled pieces of wood give it a very appealing look and once folded, it is discreet in a corner. Its light structure allows you to move it around according to your needs. Highly functional and sculptural, Sciangai is a design classic and is now part of several museum collections. It has received the "Compasso Oro" award for its outstanding aesthetics, functionality and natural elegance.
