Description

Dessiné par l’architecte danoise Eva Harlou pour la marque Mater, le tabouret haut Earth est le résultat d’une nouvelle technique innovante de valorisation des déchets, permettant à Mater de réutiliser les déchets industriels des entreprises, provenant de plastique et autres matériaux à base de fibres.  Le siège est réalisé à partir de déchets de café provenant du producteur de café BKI, mélangés avec des déchets plastiques industriels de GROHE. La technique a été développée en collaboration avec l’Institut Technologique Danois avec le soutien de le l’Université de Copenhague. Les déchets sont mélangés dans une composition unique appropriée au moulage à la presse. Earth représente parfaitement le design scandinave classique avec une structure en acier qui rend le tabouret haut élégant et intemporel. Des variations de finitions sont possibles, en raison de l’utilisation de matériaux recyclés.
