The Floyd-Hi 2 family becomes modular: flowing, comfortable shapes that develop in the space to create the desired arrangement. This collection can be used to create extremely sophisticated arrangements of welcoming, comfortable seating. The Floyd Hi 2 System sofa's backrest structure is made of multi-layer poplar wood and double-walled fir wood, upholstered in variable density polyurethane foam and covered with non-woven resinated polyester fibre batting, glued to polyamide velours backing. The seat frame is made of steel, with epoxy powder coating, hanging from elastic rubber-coated straps, padded with polyurethane foam. The back and armrest cushions are made of pre-washed, sterilised goose down, sewn in separate compartments, with a polyurethane foam insert. The soft seat cushions are made of variable density polyurethane foam with a Visco-soft insert, covered with layers of acrylic fibres. The legs are made of laser cut sheet steel with an epoxy powder coating in metallic grey. Floor support attached to the legs in black PVC. The removable covers come in fabric or leather and fasten with a zip and velcro.
