Description

Conçue en 1950 par Paavo Tynell, 9205 est une lampe classique, presque archétypale. Elégante et fine, la forme apparemment simple de la lampe cache un grand savoir-faire et une fabrication artisanale hautement qualifiée. Pour la version en toile, le tissu de l'abat-jour est attaché à une doublure, qui est ensuite fixée à la main à une structure en fil de fer. La version en bambou est fabriquée à partir d’une série de lattes cousues ensemble à la main pour former une surface plissée, qui est ensuite fixée sur la doublure et la structure. La tige de la lampe 9205 est fraisée avec un motif semblable à du rotin, créée par un orfèvre utilisant un tour avec une grande précision, pour imiter l’effet d’une série de bandes superposées. Editée par Gubi, la lampe 9205 allie magnifiquement précision artisanale, proportions classiques et matériaux naturels dans une pièce intemporelle et raffinée.
