Designed by leading design duo Ludovica and Roberto Palomba, Rituals lamps are the result of a challenge: to translate the lightness of the washi paper used in Eastern lanterns into a collection of glass lamps. Lighting company Foscarini collaborated with Murano master glassmakers to turn this challenge into a reality. These table lamps with their diffused light consist of a glass diffuser blown by mouth into a mould. The glass is then frosted by hand to give it its delicate appearance. Available in three different shapes, Rituals lamps are equipped with a dimmer switch. These lamps create a subdued and very atmospheric light. Each of the lamps has its own function and position: the low version as a table or desk lamp, the tallest as a reading light, the smallestas a bedside light. The choice is up to you.
